By downloading, installing, or using the Gaadi Vritant mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Description of Service

Gaadi Vritant is a comprehensive fleet management application specifically designed for Indian truck owners and fleet managers. Our platform provides:

• Fleet Management: Complete truck registration, specifications, and maintenance tracking
• Trip Tracking: Detailed trip recording with source, destination, routes, and timings
• Expense Management: Track diesel, FastTag, RTO/DTO, Green Tax, MCD, border costs, and repairs
• Driver Management: Driver profiles, license management, and assignment tracking
• Financial Analytics: Trip profitability analysis and cost optimization insights
• Report Generation: Professional PDF reports for business records and compliance
• Data Security: Enterprise-grade security with encrypted cloud storage

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must keep your contact information current and accurate
• You agree to use only one account per person or business entity

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Managing your own fleet operations and business data
• Recording legitimate trip and expense information
• Generating reports for your business purposes
• Personal or commercial fleet management

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Gaadi Vritant to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Data and Content

Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you input into the App
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data
• We process your data only to provide our services

Our Rights

• Gaadi Vritant and all related trademarks, logos, and content are our property
• The App software and technology are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software

Payment and Subscription

Free Service

• Gaadi Vritant is currently provided as a free service
• We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future
• Any future pricing changes will be communicated with advance notice

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may update the app and discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Gaadi Vritant is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently zero for free users).

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and data is deleted within 30 days.
